Tuscany

Beaujolais Village is comprised of contemporary 4- bedroom apartments. Each bedroom is a single-occupancy space, complete with its own bathroom and furnishings. Beaujolais apartments include a full kitchen along with a shared common area living room.

Tuscany town homes have two levels with one double-occupancy bedroom, living room, kitchen, dining room, and patio on the first floor. The second floor has two singles- and one double-occupancy bedroom. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Kitchens have corian counters, stainless steel appliances, and breakfast bar with stools.

Sauvignon Village apartments have 4 bedrooms total, with 2 double-occupancy and 2 single-occupancy rooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, with a shared kitchen and living room within the apartment. Patios or balconies are also included off the shared common area.

Verdot

Cabernet Village is home to 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartments, each with its own living room and kitchen.

Verdot Village consists of residential suite-style accommodations with both two- and four-bedroom suites. There are also a few shared single suites, which include two bedrooms with a bathroom in between.

Zinfandel Village consists of residential suite style accommodations with both single and double occupancy bedrooms. There are also a few shared single suites, which have two bedrooms with a bathroom in between.
